Renovations to revitalize a run down shopping center in the vibrant plaza district

Front facade along NW 16th, renovated to restore existing openings, with new glazing and awnings. Large space divided into smaller, more affordable rental spaces to better serve local businesses.  

New clerestory windows added along the alley exterior walls a to bring natural light into new suites while allowing brick wall below to serve as canvas for everchanging murals known as the "plaza walls"
