Residential construction experience  includes steel frame, wood frame, optimum value engineered framing(a wood framing method which uses less material than conventional framing), Structural Insulated Panels (SIPs), Insulated Concrete Form (ICF).  Residential projects have also included incorporation of xeriscaping,  repurposed / recycled materials and rainwater collection.
